Welcome to LIFTR. By using the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the application.
1. Definitions
LIFTR is an application specialized in providing workout programs, nutrition plans, and progress-tracking tools, with the aim of helping users adopt a healthy lifestyle and achieve their fitness goals.
2. Account Creation
Users must provide accurate and correct information when creating an account.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
Sharing an account with another person is prohibited.
3. Use of the Application
Users must use the application in a lawful and responsible manner. The following are prohibited:
Misuse of the application’s services.
Attempting to hack, disable, or tamper with the application or its systems.
Copying, republishing, or selling any part of the application’s content without prior authorization.
4. Workout and Nutrition Programs
Workout programs and nutrition plans are prepared based on the information and data provided by the user.
Subscribers are required to complete all information necessary to prepare their program as follows:
Women: Provide the required body measurements accurately and completely.
Men: Upload the required photos clearly, including front, side, and back views.
Users must complete all required information, measurements, or photos correctly so that the coach can assess their condition and prepare an appropriate program.
If the user fails to provide the required information, measurements, or photos, or fails to follow the instructions necessary to prepare the program, the coach has the right not to prepare or provide the workout and nutrition plans, and the user will not be entitled to a refund of the subscription fee.
Results may vary from one person to another depending on commitment and individual factors.
Users are responsible for selecting a program appropriate for their health condition and physical ability.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
The application may offer both free and paid services.
All prices will be clearly displayed before the payment is completed.
If subscriptions are recurring, they will renew according to the settings of the relevant app store, and users may cancel the renewal before the renewal date.
All payments are final. Users are not entitled to a refund of any amount after completing the payment or activating the subscription, including cases where the user fails to provide the information, measurements, or photos required to prepare the program.
After successful payment, the LIFTR team will review the user’s information and prepare the appropriate workout and nutrition program. The user will be contacted within a period not exceeding 7 business days to receive the program and begin the follow-up.
Failure by the user to complete the required information and requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation of the subscription.
6. Health and Safety
The content provided through the application is intended to support fitness and a healthy lifestyle and does not constitute a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have any medical condition or injury, are pregnant, or are taking medication, please inform us so that an appropriate program can be prepared for your condition.
Users are responsible for performing exercises and following nutrition plans in a manner appropriate to their health condition.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights related to the LIFTR name, logo, designs, content, images, and software are reserved. They may not be used, reproduced, republished, or exploited in any manner without prior written authorization.
8. Privacy
The application collects the data necessary to provide its services and improve the user experience. Such data is handled in accordance with LIFTR’s Privacy Policy.
9. Amendments to the Terms
LIFTR reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the application after any updates are published constitutes acceptance of the amended version.
10. Suspension or Termination of Accounts
LIFTR reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or to be misusing the application, in order to maintain service quality and protect the rights of all users.
